Express is designed as a foundational medical program for patients who want to understand the factors affecting weight loss and begin correction under physician supervision. The process starts with an assessment of body composition and metabolic profile. The physician evaluates factors that may influence weight dynamics, including signs of insulin resistance, chronic inflammation and nutrient deficiencies. Based on these findings, a personalized plan is developed combining injection therapy, individually selected IV infusions and medical support.
One of the program’s key objectives is to support metabolic flexibility. This refers to the body’s ability to switch between energy sources and use stored fat more efficiently instead of relying predominantly on glucose.
The program is based on peptide injection therapy targeting GLP-1 and GIP receptors involved in appetite regulation and glucose metabolism. Acting on these mechanisms helps reduce the intensity of hunger signals, slow gastric emptying and prolong the feeling of satiety. At the same time, the therapy supports improved insulin sensitivity in peripheral tissues.
This mechanism can naturally reduce food intake while helping maintain more stable glucose levels. Dietary control becomes more comfortable without the need for excessively restrictive eating patterns.
Express does not use a single standardized infusion protocol for every patient. The physician determines the composition of IV therapy according to diagnostic findings, the patient’s metabolic profile and the objectives of the individual course.
Depending on baseline parameters, the formulas may contain components intended to support lipolysis and fatty acid transport, hepatic detoxification, reduction of systemic inflammation and optimization of mitochondrial function. This approach makes it possible to focus on the metabolic processes that require support in a particular patient and to adapt the infusion protocol as their condition changes.
Metabolic response evolves during weight reduction, so the initial treatment plan is not static. The physician monitors progress, evaluates well-being and response to injections, and adjusts the dosage or IV therapy composition when required.
Particular attention is also given to the pace of weight reduction and changes in metabolic parameters. Regular clinical monitoring helps maintain physiological balance and allows the patient to follow an individualized treatment pathway throughout the program.
